Very well equipped, a desistation and a few more in the entrance area and in front of the restaurant / bar food area. All employees wear a face mask and are very friendly and make the best of the situation. This is how you wish it.

I felt very comfortable in the 2 weeks. Friendly staff, great, clean room. A few tiny flaws "no fridge" in the room. Otherwise to the fullest satisfaction! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Highly recommended!

A little outside of Jena, about 30 minutes by tram to the center. All inclusive booked and found excellent. I've never seen self-service for drinks like this, coffee, non-alcoholic drinks, wine and beer until 9 p.m. - all free. Good rooms, clean and adequately furnished.

Basically a nice hotel with nice rooms. Food average. But there wasn't even soap, the parking fee is incomprehensible. For me the observance of the separation of HP and AI is not noticeable. The corona protective measures were not observed at the beverage station.

Booked it on offer. Expectations were met. Food in full board was very good. Bowling alley needs to be overhauled. Rooms were good, only the mattresses needed to be fixed so that they don't slide around. Staff made an effort. Unfortunately only one disabled parking space. And there is smoking right in front of the door so that the smoke always pulls in when it opens.

A beautiful hotel with friendly and decent staff who are always attentive and courteous. The rooms are very nice and the wellness area is completely sufficient. The drinks and the food were also great, we'd love to come back.

The rooms were very clean and modern. However, relatively small for a family of 3. The wellness area was very nice. Unfortunately we didn't really like the food. The breakfast was ok, but the rolls were partly dry. The dinner was more like canteen food and nothing special. (Mainly frozen products and either hardly seasoned or completely salty)

This was our third time in Jena. We didn't like it that much this year. A lot of things were canceled, not because of coronavirus but too few staff. How does it work in the hotel. Breakfast in the room, canceled due to lack of staff. You didn't even get a tray. What's that supposed to mean? Food has also decreased extremely. The positive was the disco on Saturday. And the service staff tried very hard to fulfill the wishes of the guests. We won't be back. Shame about this hotel

There was once... We were here 7 years ago. Everything has been renovated, which is not only an advantage. Cool canteen atmosphere in the restaurant. All self-service and designed as mass processing. The food was good, but the flair is missing too soon, even with the food. Too bad. Concept should be reconsidered. Back then it was something special to be here. Staff very courteous and nice.

Been there more or less in transit and absolutely surprised. The rooms are brand new and well furnished. Cleanliness excellent. View to the rear of a cow pasture, totally relaxing. Motorway with the window closed as good as not to be heard, excellent sleep. Reception friendly and competent. The restaurant was blown away. Service and chefs infinitely friendly. You can tell that all areas of the hotel rely on trained staff. The food was more than excellent. Great quality, varied and superbly prepared live by the chefs. Really really good and a unique selling point in the price range. Wellness area good, massages too. Staff also learned here and very friendly. The sauna area could only be separated more strictly from the normal bathing area. I can recommend the hotel as an absolute insider tip and thank you again for the excellent cuisine and the great staff!

We stayed here for a weekend to relax but couldn't relax. The reasons for this were not only the uncomfortable beds (the first night I was almost unable to sleep and my entire back hurt, I've never seen anything like that in a hotel!) But also the unpleasant event attendees at the hotel! These visitors to a Saturday lecture caught our attention very negatively. The hotel gave them the opportunity to spend the breaks in the terrace area in front of the pool. So we lay on the loungers in bathing suits, just wanted to sunbathe and swim a few laps in the pool and were gazed at by business futzies in suits and some pictures were taken with cell phones - of course of the beautiful facility, but of course the hotel guests were also on it! -. I tried to address the problem at the front desk, this was only noted because the line was supposedly not there. I really felt like I was in the zoo, just not as a visitor but as an exhibit! In addition, it would have been absolutely no problem for the hotel to place the course participants in the beer garden in front of the hotel. No, instead half of the area on the terrace was reserved for the mostly young men in suits, who ate the lunch buffet in the midst of bathers. It was really uncomfortable, lying there in underwear and being gazed at by shirt wearers with a glass of wine in their hands while they were eating. So it wasn't relaxation for the soul! Especially since the course participants also had no problem walking between the bathers to the pool, sitting on the loungers and having a smoke first. And for that we paid 100 euros per night and person 👎👎👎 When we left, we addressed the problem, which was of course "noted" again. Discount for the inconvenience, no result !! Finally, a few positive sides: the room was nicely furnished, was also clean. The hotel staff are also waiting very friendly. And with food / drinks, so you can forget the wine from the tap, beer is drinkable, but nothing more. For breakfast you could pull orange juice from fresh oranges yourself from a huge juicer. It would have been nice if you didn't have to wait so long for the oranges to be refilled! Food is at lunchtime as well as in the evening below the canteen level. There was nothing more than frozen food or canned food. See also pictures. If you were lucky, you found something to eat that filled you up. Taste was acceptable, but "delicious" would be saying too much! Only the cocktails, which of course had to be paid extra, were really delicious! Also worth mentioning: the traffic on the adjacent motorway was always present. My companion could not sleep at night because of the traffic (and the uncomfortable beds). Absolutely not recommendable, we won't be back!

Modern furnished rooms, unfortunately all without a balcony. But since you have enough space and loungers at the pool or at the house, you can also stay there. Food is varied and tasty and the staff very nice. The location on the highway is not as annoying as you might think. All in all, gladly again

Very clean, well-kept hotel with outside and indoor pool. Very rich breakfast and if you like you can also enjoy lunch and good dinner. Rooms are adequate of space and comfort. In the evening at the bar there was music and dance.

We enjoyed this beautiful hotel, rooms look modern and have recently been updated. Reception is pleasant and the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is great. We were here on an all inclusive basis, there was absolutely no cutbacks in the quality of food and drinks. Thuringia is perfect for outings in the beautiful nature and old cities, the city of Jena is nice, but due to the wars in the past, original buildings have been largely destroyed unfortunately. You can still see some remains and some buildings have been restored. Despite that just worth seeing. The hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities. Just visit once!

Brilliant hotel great party atmosphere.

We are already for the second time in the hotel we like it again and again the rooms are clean with air conditioning which is great in the summer. The bathroom was clean and the food is so plentiful there is nothing to complain about. The leisure design is also great I can only rate it as positive. Come again too.

It was a good place for my meeting during the weekend. They had a big room to fit all of us and the employees were nice and polite.

I attended the bowling alley with some friends. It is clean, the shoes are good and the drinks are nice.

Food good, varied. Wellness good, but outside pool crowded. Room clean, decent, inkt noisy because of highway with window open. But with airco the heat is managble. Personeel is friendly.

Very friendly workers, nice for family. Clean, organised, and very good value for money. Very relaxing. The food and drinks, inclusive, is not bad at all. With metro, price included, you can visit Jena. Jena is small and very Beutiful place.

It's very nice place to stay, there are many kinds of activities you can make there for example you can play Bowling there
